Veteran’s Day 2024, I visited numerous bookstores and online retailers searching for a book to read my young son’s class.

Books about fake superheroes, social justice warriors, and celebrities abound.

But stories about real Heroes?

Not even one.

I’m working to change that.

As a retired Army Soldier, I believe the stories of our Veterans must not disappear to into the corridors of history.

Relatable Characters.

America’s veterans have forged America into a great nation. Their origin stories are vast and proud- this series will highlight Americans from all walks of life who have found themselves in unimaginable circumstances.

Showcase ALL Veterans.

As this series grows, every child will be able to relate to at least one Veteran’s story.

I do my best to capture the essence of the Veteran’s life experience. Whenever possible, I interview the Veteran and their family members to bring their story to life.
